Purchase of admission before 30th April 2018 – 20% discount.

Terms and Conditions

  1. In order to participate in Food Export Congress the applicant should fill in and send the application form, and transfer admission payment to the Organizer’s bank account:

    Transfer name: „Food Export Congress 2018”
  2. The Applicant authorizes Fischer Trading Group LLC to issue a VAT invoice without the payee signing. A sent application form is equivalent with a pledge of payment for admission. The lack of payment after the application form had been sent will not be considered as a resignation from attending the Congress.
  3. The applicant declares that he is obliged to send the application form and that the required payment will be transferred to the bank account provided by the Organizer within seven days from the day the application had been sent or the VAT/pro forma invoice had been received. Concurrently, the applicant declares that he/she had read the terms and conditions of participation and commits to transfer the required payment resulting from this agreement.
  4. Resignation from participating in the Congress after the 1st of August 2018 does not result in exemption from payment. The resignation should be sent via e-mail to or via registered letter to the Organizer’s address.
  5. Participant’s absence at the Congress (after successful payment) does not result in return of the costs.
  6. The organizer reserves the right to reject an application, without providing a reason, as well as the right to make changes to the programme, to change the location of the event or to cancel the Congress. In the case of cancellation of the Event, all prior payments will be returned to the Applicants within seven days from the date of the cancellation.
  7. Sending the participation form is equivalent with voluntary agreement to free use of the Participant’s image by Fischer Trading Group LLC in all promotional materials, as well as in materials documenting the course of the Event.
