Rafał is the director of the M&A tax team at PwC. He has over 13 years of experience in tax consulting gained in several business organizations.
He specializes in a wide range of tax issues, including due diligence (including pre-privatization analyzes). The projects he runs include the structuring of acquisitions, restructuring and international tax projects for both investment funds and industry clients.
